Northwestern Royalty

This week was Homecoming in our town. It was a busy weekend! :) I am going to upload all of the photos and hopefully they will all be posted by morning. Enter the code 83807KNWHC where it says Portrait/ Event Code to the left to view all of the photos.

Congratulations to Morgan and Alex - the Queen and King and to Kyle and Amy the Prince and Princess.

I would have had a hard time deciding who to vote for - what a nice group of kids that were on the court!

Coach O'Brien

I love stuff like this! The boosters paid tribute to Mr. O'Brien who just retired from coaching the 7th and 8th grade football team. I thought it was pretty neat, they gave him a plaque, a jacket and a football that they found with the signatures from his 1989 football team. I zoomed in on it and saw that our very own DJ Hough, who is now our JV football coach was on it.

I showed it ot him and he said he is smiling like that because he pelted his buddy in the head with a piece of candy.

This is Caiden being Robert DeNiro. I tried finding a picture of DeNiro making this face but couldn't find one but we all know that we have seen him looking just like that.

Caiden is really cute and doesn't usually have a look like that on his face. :)

NW Homecoming Bon Fire :)

What a yucky cold, wet, night for a bon fire, but it certainly didn't dampen the spirits of those in attendance! :) It was a lot of fun. However, I don't think I am alone in saying that I wish they were allowed to build them bigger and it sure would be nice to have the competition again.

Aww - go get your dictionary and look up the word cute - you might see these two beside it! :)

They came to see me and drove from Pittsburgh - we took pictures and chatted a while and God love 'em they hopped back in their car and drove the whole way back to Pittsburgh. SHHESh that is a long day! I hope you guys had a good time - it was so nice to meet you guys and I am so looking forward to your big day next August! :)

When I wanted to choose a photo to put with this blog post that would properly relay how excited I am about my new website this picture instantly came to mind. Ethan told me that I should pay him to use this picture. Isn't it a riot? I used it when I "Simpsonized" him. Long time blog followers might remember - but here it is if you forget.

Anyway, I just launched it - so I may have to work out some glitches but you get the idea.

Oh and please don't have your feelings hurt if I took your picture and it isn't one of the galleries - I only put the ones on it that I had quick access too - but I will be switching stuff around later so keep checking to see if you are there. :)
