How to save on gas

While I was out at Cherry Hill today I caught this Amish man riding his scooter. He has it figured out.

(I scrambled to get my camera out to get this picture and I got him right as he was going by that tree and the tree blocked his face. I probably wouldn't have published that had his face not been covered. :)
